Ottawa Fashion Week Launch was a Success!

Thank you to all those who were in attendance tonight as we kicked-off Ottawa Fashion Week. After sipping cocktails and rubbing elbows with fellow fashion devotees at the launch party, guests were treated to three gorgeous runway shows by some very talented designers. We were also happy to have Danny Fernandes drop by to check out the event as he is the face of Ottawa-based Parispolice Clothing!

Much Music Video Award winner Fernandes is in town and will be dropping by the Ottawa Arts Court to join OFW guests in kicking off what is certain to be an amazing four-day event!

What do an English chemist and Ottawa Fashion Week have in common you ask? Rubin Kooner of Undone Clothing, of course. Hailing from one of the oldest cities in England (Leicester), Kooner was always a designer at heart – although his day job might leave you scratching your head. You may recognize the Undone Clothing line after it made its first appearance at 2008’s OFW, which he has praised as being one of the major pillars that helped make his dream of becoming a fashion designer come to life.
